Surgery Aftercare

Surgery aftercare services are customizable to meet the client’s needs. Our Nurses and Aides are available to provide support while in transit, personal care and skilled nursing care depending on need.  Our Certified Aides and Skilled Nurses are trained to support those patients that require assistance following a medical procedure.

Respite Care

Respite care (also known as ‘short-term care’) is a form of support for you and your caregiver/nurse. It gives you the opportunity to attend to everyday activities or go on holidays while ensuring your needs are supported. Respite care is also customizable to meet the client’s needs.

In-Hospital Assistance

When a loved one is admitted to a hospital or facility requiring overnight or extended admission, Home Staff provides our clients Non-Medical & Skilled Nursing assistance to the care provided by onsite medical staff. The agency CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) can give undivided attention and assistance when family members are unavailable or unable to stay with patients by their bedside. Skilled Nurses can monitor a patient and alert the in-house medical professionals in the event of complications.  Skilled Nurses also provide assistance when family members are unavailable.

Hospice Assistance

Hospice care is best at home. When a loved one reaches the stage where curative treatment is no longer possible, a Certified Nursing Assistant or Skilled Nurse can improve their end-of-life experience and help keep them in the familiar home environment. By providing continuous, one-on-one care at home, our skilled caregivers provide comfort and companionship, ensure optimal comfort and help promote dignity at this final stage of life — all while bringing peace of mind and respite for the family.

Transportation Assistance

We understand that getting from point A to point B can be difficult in certain situations. Home Staff specializes in escorting  patients home from the hospital or surgical procedures.   Both CNA’s and Skilled Nurses are available for this service.  All services are customizable, please call for assistance and planning.
